- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Very helpful when I was buying the car, but all downhill from there. Loads of hidden charges. They didnt have the spare key. Took 8 weeks and loads of phone calls and promises to get it. But the biggest thing by far is that 11 months after I bought the car, I have looked at the MOT certificate that they charged me the full price for, only to discover that the MOT date was 3 months earlier. In other words they charged me for a full 12 month MOT which was in fact only 9 months. Beware. Would NEVER use them againBy leerussell, May 12, 2020
